NAB Connect User ID Guide
A NAB Connect User ID is part of the authentication process and should be treated as account information. NabConn does not need your User ID to explain the platform or help you navigate to official support.
NabConn never asks for NAB Connect credentials
Use an official NAB-operated service for account authentication. Do not send NabConn your NAB Connect User ID, password, PIN, token code, one-time passcode, full card details or online-banking credentials.
What the User ID Does
The identifier tells NAB Connect which registered user is attempting to access the service. It is distinct from the password, token PIN and one-time passcode used in other parts of authentication.
Preferred User IDs and Organisational Access
Where preferred identifiers are supported, they can make access easier to remember, but the security principle does not change: authentication information stays within the authorised user and official service.
If You Cannot Find Your User ID
Use onboarding material, your organisation’s NAB Connect administrator or current official NAB support. Avoid posting the identifier publicly or sending it to an unsolicited contact.
