Editorial Policy
NabConn publishes independent information about NAB Connect and business banking. This page explains the standards, responsibilities or legal terms that apply to our work.
NabConn never asks for NAB Connect credentials
Use an official NAB-operated service for account authentication. Do not send NabConn your NAB Connect User ID, password, PIN, token code, one-time passcode, full card details or online-banking credentials.
Editorial Purpose
Our goal is to publish useful, original explanations of business-banking products and workflows without pretending to be the provider.
Primary-Source Standard
Material fees, rates, limits, eligibility and security claims should be checked against current provider documentation whenever available.
Originality
Search results and competing publications may be reviewed to understand user intent and coverage gaps, but NabConn does not intentionally copy their wording or structure.
Facts, Calculations and Opinion
Provider facts should be distinguishable from NabConn calculations, examples and editorial interpretation.
No Invented Expertise
We do not create fake experts, customer experiences, product testing or professional credentials.
Comparisons
A comparison should use current primary sources for both sides and explain criteria instead of selecting a winner solely because of commercial relationships.
AI-Assisted Tools
Software may assist organisation, drafting or quality control, but it is not treated as an authoritative financial source and does not replace editorial responsibility.
Updates and Corrections
Review dates should represent real checking. Material confirmed errors should be corrected.
