Corrections Policy
NabConn publishes independent information about NAB Connect and business banking. This page explains the standards, responsibilities or legal terms that apply to our work.
NabConn never asks for NAB Connect credentials
Use an official NAB-operated service for account authentication. Do not send NabConn your NAB Connect User ID, password, PIN, token code, one-time passcode, full card details or online-banking credentials.
What We Correct
Material errors in fees, rates, limits, eligibility, security guidance, product features, company relationships and calculations should be corrected when supported by reliable evidence.
Corrections vs Updates
A correction fixes something wrong at publication. An update reflects a product or policy change that happened later. A clarification improves wording where the underlying fact was not wrong.
How to Report an Error
Email admin@nabconn.com with the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong and, where possible, a primary source.
Review Process
We check the submitted evidence and the relevant primary source. A company request does not automatically override independent editorial analysis.
Significant Corrections
Where a material change would affect the reader’s understanding, we may note that the article was corrected rather than silently preserving the original error for SEO.
